Your service is great and I am impressed with the quality and reliability of your Tauranga representatives – they really seem to take a personal interest and pride in their creations. Their delivery people are great too – very polite and personable. With Christmas coming up I imagine I’ll be putting in a few more orders as I notice you also have suppliers across NZ, Australia and the UK. No doubt you will have some special Christmas themes coming up for festive season orders. Just a thought but what about a facility where regular customers can have a diary so that a reminder message will come up say 5 days or so before family/friend birthdays, anniversaries, etc (via an email to themselves) that way they can simply access the site and place their orders. Of course you would need to invite them to record important floral dates in order to have this info but it would certainly help busy (or lazy people like me!) ensure we stay on top of our floral gifts.
